This is a complimentary consultation, typically by phone, so that you can chat with Dr. Dover and briefly discuss your goals. This is also a chance to learn about naturopathic medicine.
90 Minutes
This will be a very in-depth appointment where you will go over your health history and your current concerns and goals. Dr. Dover will create an individualized plan specific to you.
60 Minutes
This will be a follow-up appointment where you will check in to report how the current treatment plan is going and if there are any new issues you would like to discuss.
40 Minutes (maximum)
Time in the sauna will vary. It is important to start slow and listen to your body. We will help you to navigate what is best for you to get started.
